Account Settings
You can manage all your personal and company details from one place. Click your name and avatar in the bottom left corner of the sidebar, then select either Account or Settings from the menu that appears.
This area is organized into four tabs: Settings, Subscription, Account, and Tokens.
Account: Personal details, language & password
Section titled “Account: Personal details, language & password”The Account tab is where you manage your personal profile.
Profile photo – Click + Click here to upload photos to add a profile picture. This helps your teammates identify you across shared projects.
Personal details – Update your name, email address, and telephone number at any time.
Password – To change your password, type your new password into the Password field, confirm it in Password again, and click Save. Leave both fields empty if you don’t want to change your password.
Language – Use the Language dropdown to switch the interface language. AVAG is available in 6 languages: English, German, Spanish, Polish, Czech, and Portuguese. The change takes effect immediately after saving.
AVAG demo data – Check this box if you’d like the AVAG demo datasets to remain visible in your main panel. This is handy when you’re still exploring the platform and want to reference example data.
When you’re done making changes, click Save.

Settings: Company information
Section titled “Settings: Company information”The Settings tab is where you manage your organization’s details. This information is used in exported reports and invoices.
You’ll find the following fields here:
- Company ID – Enter your company registration number. Use the Find in Index button to look it up automatically.
- VAT – Your VAT number.
- Name / Name of company – Your company or trading name.
- Division – Optionally specify a department or business unit.
- Street, City, ZIP, Country – Your registered business address.
- Currency – Displayed for reference. To change your billing currency, contact AVAG support.
- WMS Region – Select your region to unlock country-specific WMS map services (e.g. ČÚZK, LPIS for Czech users).
- Coordinate system – Set your default coordinate system. This can also be changed here at any time.
- Contact person, Email, Telephone – The primary contact for your account.
Click Save when done.
Tip: Keeping your company details up to date ensures they appear correctly on volume reports and PDF exports.
Tokens: API access
Section titled “Tokens: API access”The Tokens tab lets you generate API keys for integrating AVAG with external tools or workflows. Click + New token, give it a name, set an expiry date, and save. Your token will be generated automatically — treat it like a password and don’t share it publicly.
This section is mainly relevant for developers and technical integrations. If you’re just getting started, you can safely skip it for now.
