Is additional storage a one-time purchase?
Section titled “Is additional storage a one-time purchase?”No. Additional storage carries a recurring subscription charge. For a monthly subscription, it increases the recurring subscription cost. Check your account’s offer for its price, currency, and billing period. See Subscription plans & pricing.
Can I export a cropped section of a point cloud?
Section titled “Can I export a cropped section of a point cloud?”Not directly from AVAG at present. A clipbox controls what you see; it does not create a downloadable point cloud crop. Contact support to discuss arranging a cropped export. See Data Export.
How do I switch between 2D and 3D?
Section titled “How do I switch between 2D and 3D?”Use the 2D/3D controls in the pane header. Each pane has its own mode. Enable a suitable 3D output, such as a point cloud, Terrain, or mesh, to view your project data in 3D.
Why is my 3D view empty?
Section titled “Why is my 3D view empty?”Check that the intended 3D output is visible and has loaded. Double-click its layer name to zoom to it. On desktop, Zoom to all data, beside Orbit/Cinematic, frames the visible data. This button is disabled while the pane is synchronized with a panorama.
If the view stays empty, check for loading errors and contact support with the project and dataset details.
Why can’t I see a measurement?
Section titled “Why can’t I see a measurement?”Both its folder and the individual measurement must be switched on. Open Measurements, click the folder icon to switch it on, and check the shape’s individual checkbox. An individually hidden measurement stays hidden even when the folder is visible.
Why did my new measurement disappear?
Section titled “Why did my new measurement disappear?”If you draw into a hidden folder, the measurement will not appear until you switch on that folder. Click the folder icon in Measurements and check the shape’s own visibility. Selecting or editing a measurement does not override a hidden folder.
How do I edit or fix a polygon?
Section titled “How do I edit or fix a polygon?”Select it and unlock it using the lock control or U. Hold and drag a vertex to move it, click an edge to add one, or double-click a vertex to delete it. Lock the polygon when finished. See Drawing Tools.
Can I move the entire polygon?
Section titled “Can I move the entire polygon?”Moving the entire shape as one object is not currently supported. Unlock it and adjust its individual vertices instead.
How do I finish drawing without double-clicking?
Section titled “How do I finish drawing without double-clicking?”For a line or polygon, click Confirm or press Space. This works in 2D and 3D. A line needs at least two points and a polygon at least three. On smaller screens and touch-first devices, the buttons appear at the bottom right.
Where can I find keyboard shortcuts?
Section titled “Where can I find keyboard shortcuts?”On desktop, open your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the map and choose Keyboard shortcuts. The dialog uses labels for your operating system and includes Download shortcut guide.
When will IFC uploads be available?
Section titled “When will IFC uploads be available?”IFC uploads are coming to AVAG soon, but no release date has been announced.
How can I cancel my trial?
Section titled “How can I cancel my trial?”No action is needed. Your free trial ends automatically after 14 days. No credit card is required to start, so you won’t be charged or automatically moved to a paid subscription.
