Subscription Plans & Pricing
AVAG offers three plans to fit teams of every size, each including storage, processing options, and collaboration tools with flexible add-ons available as your needs grow. All prices are excluding VAT.
Trial — Free
Section titled “Trial — Free”New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required.
The trial includes:
- 200 GB total storage.
- Unlimited users.
- Unlimited photos within the storage capacity.
- Automated processing without GCPs.
- Upload of processed data, such as TIFF and LAS.
- AVAG demo data available permanently.
Processed outputs cannot be downloaded during the trial. The trial expires after 14 days.
Professional — 125 EUR/month
Section titled “Professional — 125 EUR/month”Professional supports ongoing work with drone data. In addition to the trial capabilities, it includes:
- Download of processed data.
- Team collaboration and data sharing.
- The option to increase storage beyond 200 GB.
An annual discount is available. Use the billing-period switch on the AVAG pricing page to see the applicable rate.
Enterprise — Contact us
Section titled “Enterprise — Contact us”Enterprise is intended for organizations with custom requirements and includes Professional capabilities plus options for:
- Custom storage capacity.
- Custom integrations.
- On-premise deployment.
- Advanced features.

Processing options
Section titled “Processing options”Automated processing — Free
Section titled “Automated processing — Free”Automated processing without GCPs is included at no extra cost on all plans. A typical 250-photo dataset takes around 35 minutes from upload to results.
Expert photogrammetric processing — 99 EUR per 500-photo dataset
Section titled “Expert photogrammetric processing — 99 EUR per 500-photo dataset”Expert processing is handled semi-automatically by the AVAG photogrammetry team. It includes GCP application and verification, accuracy checks before delivery, and advanced MapClean processing.
The published service information lists an average processing time of nine hours for datasets of up to 5,000 photos with GCPs, with delivery within 48 hours. It also states that 90% of datasets uploaded before 12:00 CET are processed the same day.
Expert processing is purchased as credits in the app. One credit covers a dataset of up to 500 photos. See Understanding & Managing Credits for details.
Additional storage capacity
Section titled “Additional storage capacity”Additional storage is available in 100 GB increments through the Subscription page.
- +100 GB: 25 EUR per month at the published rate.
- Charges are proportional to the subscription date.
- You can add multiple increments.
Additional storage is a recurring subscription charge, not a one-time purchase. For a monthly subscription, the additional storage increases the recurring subscription cost.

Manage your subscription
Section titled “Manage your subscription”From the dashboard, open the profile menu in the bottom-left corner and choose Subscription. You can view your plan, purchase storage or credits, apply a promo code, and access invoices.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Is the additional storage payment one-time?
Section titled “Is the additional storage payment one-time?”No. The additional capacity carries a recurring charge. It is added to the cost of your subscription rather than purchased permanently for one payment.
