Subscription plans & pricing
Section titled “Subscription plans & pricing”AVAG offers three plans to fit teams of every size, each including storage, processing options, and collaboration tools with flexible add-ons available as your needs grow. All prices are excluding VAT.
Trial – Free
Section titled “Trial – Free”When you first sign up, you automatically start on a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. The trial gives you full access to explore the platform with the following included:
- 200 GB total storage
- Unlimited number of users
- Unlimited number of photos (within storage capacity)
- Automated processing (without GCPs)
- Upload of processed data (TIFF, LAS, etc.)
- AVAG demo data available permanently
Limitations: Processed outputs cannot be downloaded during the trial. The trial expires after 14 days.
Professional – 125 EUR/month
Section titled “Professional – 125 EUR/month”The Professional plan is the right choice for teams actively working with drone data. It includes everything in the Trial, plus:
- Download of processed data (TIFF, LAS, etc.)
- Team collaboration and data sharing
- Option to upgrade storage beyond 200 GB
Most popular. Prices are without VAT. An annual discount is available. Toggle the switch on the pricing page to see the discounted rate.
Enterprise – Contact us
Section titled “Enterprise – Contact us”For organizations with custom requirements. Enterprise includes everything in Professional, plus:
- Custom storage capacity
- Custom integrations
- On-premise deployment option
- Advanced features

Processing options (independent of plans)
Section titled “Processing options (independent of plans)”Processing services are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. There are two types:
Automated processing – Free
Automated processing is included at no extra cost on all plans. It’s fast, fully automated, and doesn’t require Ground Control Points (GCPs). A typical dataset of 250 photos goes from upload to results in around 35 minutes.
Expert photogrammetric processing – 99 EUR per 500-photo dataset
Expert processing is handled semi-automatically by AVAG’s photogrammetry team and is the right choice when you need the highest accuracy. It includes:
- GCP application and verification
- Accuracy checks before final delivery
- Average processing time of 9 hours from upload to results (up to 5,000 photos with GCPs), with guaranteed delivery within 48 hours
- 90% of datasets uploaded before 12:00 CET are processed the same day
- Advanced MapClean feature
Expert processing is purchased as credits inside the app. One credit covers one dataset of up to 500 photos.
Additional storage capacity
Section titled “Additional storage capacity”If your team needs more than 200 GB, you can purchase additional storage in 100 GB increments directly from your Subscription page inside the app.
- +100 GB – 25 EUR per month
- Charged proportionally based on your subscription date
- You can add as many increments as you need
To manage your subscription, go to your profile menu in the bottom left corner and select Subscription. From there you can view your current plan, buy additional storage or credits, apply a promo code, and download invoices.
